Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she sang in The Muny Opera. Kelly Michelle Stables received her degree with honors at The University of Missouri Columbia in Columbia, MO. She holds a BA degree in Communication and Theater. She began her career with the city of Los Angeles as a theater artist, performing and choreographing over 20 plays and musicals. The most notable of these were The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan and The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera's The Musical Peter Pan. Additionally, she performed 7 title roles at LA's Storybook Theatre. Kelly has also begun landing the roles in television and film, and pursuing her improv training with The Groundlings. It is her voice and diminutive stature that have enabled Kelly to be able to take on a range of diverse roles. The actress is well known for her work as a co-star with Naomi Watts taking over the character of evil Samara In The Ring 2 but is popularly known for her role as the bright and bubbly receptionist in Two and a Half Men. Kelly played a part in the main character on TV Land's The Exes, where she was an ex-party-goer and a paralegal throughout the time of the day. Kelly also appeared as Alyssa's charming, smart sister on ABC's Romantically Challenged and as the stressed-out suburban mom in the CW series No Tomorrow. Soprano was her voice for many cartoons, including Tom & Jerry, Sofia the First and Doc McStuffins. Recently, she was seen in the role of the charming but dimwitted Cloud 9 Employee on NBC's well-known comedy Superstore. She lives a quiet private life, with her husband and two young children and enjoys sewing writing and volunteering at school activities.
